Mandy Moore Biography
Mandy Moore is a very famous pop singer. Her other roles include that of song writer, fashion designer. She was born in the year 1984. She was born to a news reporter mother and a pilot father.
Mandy grew up in Florida, and was brought up in the Catholic religion. She developed her interest in music after being inspired by a musical “Oklahoma”. Much of her exposure was due to her singing the national anthem at Florida sporting events.
Moore is famous for her teenage albums such as So Real, I Wanna be with you, Mandy Moore, Coverage. Though Moore had a radio exposure at a much younger age than Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera and others, she was not recognized easily. Her album So Real however sold one million copies. Her second album was I wanna be with you. This album was criticized as it contained much of the remixes form So Real. Moore went on to release her other album by her name, Mandy Moore, which received mixed reviews.
Moore has also starred in movies such as “A Walk to remember”, “Saved” and “American Dreamz”. Her album “Coverage” showcased a more mature performance. She was featured in the cover page of the popular magazine “Cosmopolitan”. Her other movies include, “Final Fantasy VII”, “How to Deal” and “Chasing Liberty”. She has appeared in many television shows.
